Internet Resources

Mindfulness is now very popular in many parts of the world.  There are many organizations, associations, and programs being offered in a wide variety of languages.  You can search for any you are interested in, or for mindfulness programs in locations that interest you using  Google or other search engines on the Internet.  To help you get started, I have listed below some places on the Internet I know of.  Many of these sites also offer free, brief guided meditations, and some also offer recorded meditations that you can purchase.

Search Inside Yourself (SIYLI) (Google’s Mindfulness Program) This site offers excellent talks about mindfulness, meditation, and findings based on the latest in brain science and meditation research.
